The Union Underground

Udah pernah denger tentang band ini belom? Lagu-lagunya gak ada yang gak enak. Keren semua ! Kalo elo2 pernah dengerin Rammstein, yah mirip2 lah musiknya. Mirip lho... gak sama.
Terbentuk pada musim semi 1994 The Union Underground memulai produksi dan rekaman lagu-lagu mereka di studio mereka sendiri yang mereka sebut "The Studio Underground". Kayaknya ngasih nama studionya agak2 keabisan ide. 'Lurus' banget hehehe.
Bryan pada vokal, John pada bass, Patrick pada guitar dan Josh menggebuk drum. Mereka masih muda2 lho, paling tua si Josh kelahiran 73. Tapi menurut gue sih Bryan yang paling tua, abis dia doang yang gak mo jawab waktu gue tanya umurnya berapa ... :p

Godsmack

Ini menurut gue lho ... begitu gue denger vokalis Godsmack ini teriak2 di single Stand Alone, gue jadi keinget sama suara seremnya James Hetfield zaman dulu ... [ suara si jim gaek sekarang udah agak2 kurang enak ... terutama pas live concert : rada2 maxa ! ]
kebayang kalo Godsmack bawain lagu2nya Metallica pra-album Load ... pasti sangar banget !
Lucunya, si empunya suara serem ini punya nama manis banget, Sully Erna. Huahhahauaha. Manis kan ...
Karena kemanisannya 'eh kesereman suaranya lah maka pada taun 2001 lalu Godsmack kebanjiran 7 nominasi dari Boston Music Award ! Salah satu diantaranya adalah : Male Vocalist of the Year !

Vanessa Carlton

Setelah deretan nama-nama tenar seperti Lisa Loeb, Robyn, Nina Persson, Suzanna Vega, Dido, Jennifer Paige, Natalie Imbruglia, dst ... Taun 2002 kemaren, nambah satu lagi pembendaharaan cewe yang pade punya vokal gemesin itu ... Neng Vanessa pujaan abang ... ! Abang bener-bener hoyong tepang sama te' laler-nya ! dangdut banget sih gue :p
